    Responsibilities

    Responsible for supporting a large scale federal business impact analysis regarding the LIBOR transition. Experience in federal financial services preferred, although commercial financial management experience will also be considered. Responsible for learning and documenting business functions and processes.  Will act as a liaison between a federal client and Guidehouse internal leadership. Strong interpersonal communication skills and organizational skills required, as well as knowledge of financial loan origination and servicing systems. 

    • Supervise and review work in one or more tasks related to the conducting a high-level impact assessment and creating an implementation roadmap aligned with current best practices from both a financial and operational perspective
    • Support preparation and review of work products and processes in one or more tasks related to any necessary requirements needed during the holistic LIBOR transition process.
    • Assist with understanding the key steps, including required additional investments, to address gaps that would be required to migrate risk through this LIBOR replacement. 
    • Address best industry practices, market overview and perspectives, and establishment of a plan to find common ground with stakeholders, borrowers and co-investors.
    • Provide key inputs to Manager for monthly operational reporting to government client. Reporting includes key operational performance metrics, service level agreement compliance, and updates on prioritized projects across the engagement.
    • Experience drafting business requirements documents for modernization and enhancement efforts.

     

    Qualifications

    Required:    A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, experience with and/or extensive knowledge of LIBOR, and experience drafting business requirements documents for modernization and enhancement efforts. Governance process development knowledge and impact analysis experience.

     

    Desired:    Familiarity with impact assessments, change management, and implementation roadmaps.
