    Job Description:
    This position is a member of the Guidehouse Contracts team which is responsible for performing critical contract formation and administration of contract functions.


    Minimum Year(s) of Experience: 2 years of experience as a contracts professional in the Federal government marketplace

    Minimum Degree Required: High School diploma

    Minimum Degree Preferred: Bachelor's degree

    Knowledge Preferred:

    Demonstrates knowledge of the following:

    Federal government contracts; electronic proposals; public sector contract file systems; government contract audits and close-outs.

    Demonstrates experience working with large and complex contracts with or on behalf of the Federal government. This includes knowledge of drafting/submitting electronic proposals and solicitation clarification questions, creating/updating excel spreadsheets detailing all active contracts, and maintaining formal contract records and U.S. Government correspondence using physical and electronic contract file systems.

    Demonstrates research skills pertaining to the public sector marketplace and active/inactive Federal government contracts. Assists with government audits, contract close-outs and responds to request for information in the possession of the government contracts department.
