The Systems Analyst will work closely with our client to understand business needs and coordinate with developers to deliver technology solutions to support programmatic needs. The system analyst will be working in a fast-paced client environment whose mission is to combat the global AIDS epidemic using data-driven decision making. The systems analyst will play a central role in implementing system requirements by defining, documenting, and analyzing client use cases or system problems; testing solutions; and supporting deployment activities by developing training and guidance related to systems updates. Specific responsibilities include:
• Defining application problems or use cases by conferring with clients; evaluating procedures and processes.
o 3-5 years of related work experience in IT Project Management/Business Analyst/Systems Analyst field
o Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree
o Secret Clearance or higher
o Agile Project management experience
o CAPM/PMP certified
o Strong leadership, communication and management skills
o Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills; capability to resolve complex problems
o Self-starter, highly organized; Works well with all functional levels in the organization
o Degree in information technology or business
o Knowledge or experience with Health Information Systems/DHIS2/DATIM platforms
o Exposure and experience in International Development settings a plus
**This role supports client work contractually requiring Secret security clearance**
