    Responsibilities

    • Demonstrates the ability to lead teams, human capital initiatives, and change management projects.
    • Producing high quality written and graphical deliverables to support change management initiatives. 
    • Identifying and developing methods, plans, and documentation to streamline operating procedures, reports and systems to improve operations, achieve savings, and encourage long-range planning to assure the program/project produce results in a cost effective manner.
    • Developing/maintaining Process Performance Metrics Dashboards.
    • Demonstrates knowledge and proven success of leading complex human capital management programs, including knowledge of change readiness, change vision and strategy, and cultural transformation.
    • Demonstrates knowledge and experience with workforce planning.
    • Develop and conduct complex qualitative and quantitative studies, research and analysis to evaluate, integrate or improve program/project productivity.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • Possesses requisite knowledge of organizational design and change management theory, methodologies, and best practices.
    • Minimum seven (7) years of experience.
    • Bachelor’s degree is contractually required.  
    • Ability to obtain and/or possess DHS suitability.
    • Experience with the Microsoft Suite including Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
    • Effective written and oral communication skills.
    • Attentiveness to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performance, dispersed team environment.
    • Ability to stay self-motivated and self-directed, and adapt to changing business and technical priorities.

     

    Preferred:

    • Prior Department of Homeland Security (DHS) experience.

    Additional Requirements

    • This position requires successful completion of a background check and employment verification.
