Identify, analyze, and evaluate complex and highly sensitive military systems, policies, processes, and instrumentation related to foreign threats and homeland security for the Air Force client. Interacts with Air Force Major Commands (MAJCOM) capability developers to fully understand development efforts. Assists with products and process reviews as needed. Flight-follows MAJCOM efforts through multiple Capability Development (CD) phases. Integrate individual efforts across functions and Air Force Enterprise level activities. Assists with keeping Air Force leadership informed of CD efforts and status. Contributes to development of annual Air Force-level Capability Development Guidance.
Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of experience with Air Force operational capability development process.
Clearance: Top Secret / SCI
- Experience with serving as a former Air Force officer in a Headquarters staff position
- Experience with developing, managing, and coordinating requirements through the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS)
