    Responsibilities

    o   Support team in data gathering activities including interviews, focus groups, and surveys

    o   Define current state workflows for grants management and financial reporting processes

    o   Validate Agency-Level data, reporting, and financial management needs

    o   Identify issues/gaps/redundancies based on current state, data needs, and Federal government directives and leading practices

    o   Generate future state workflows for grants management and financial reporting

    o   Collaborate with multiple stakeholder groups and support building agreement on future state

    Qualifications

     

    Qualifications Required:  

    Four (4) year degree in accounting or business management related field from an accredited institution.

    • 1 year consulting experience;

    • Risk and/or internal control assessments; business process documentation and/or requirements development experience; supporting implementation / deployment of new technology and/or automated tools in support of process improvement; and/or helping deliver change and managing stakeholder expectations.

     

    Demonstrates experience identifying and addressing client needs: Actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating with impact in written products and discussions; and assisting in preparing concise, accurate documents.

     

    Desired:  

    CGFM or CPA certifications

    Grants management experience
