    o   Serve as primary client POC for data gathering activities including interviews, focus groups, and surveys

    o   Define current state workflows for grants management and financial reporting processes

    o   Validate Agency-Level data, reporting, and financial management needs

    o   Identify issues/gaps/redundancies based on current state, data needs, and Federal government directives and leading practices

    o   Generate future state workflows for grants management and financial reporting

    Manage multiple stakeholder groups and facilitate building agreement on future state


    Qualifications  Required:

    Bachelor’s Degree at minimum, Advanced degree preferred


    • 3+ years of consulting experience;

    • Risk and/or internal control assessments;

    • Business process documentation and/or requirements development experience;

    • Leading implementation / deployment of new technology and/or automated tools in support of process improvement; and

    • Driving change and managing stakeholder expectations.


    Demonstrates abilities and success with identifying and addressing client needs: Actively participating in client discussions and meetings; communicating with impact in written products and discussions; communicating a broad range of Firm services; assisting in managing engagements including preparing concise, accurate documents and balancing project economics management with the occurrence of unanticipated issues.


    Demonstrates proven abilities and success as an independent practitioner or leader of small teams: creating a positive environment by balancing personal/team workload while meeting client expectations and respecting work-life quality; accepting and providing candid, meaningful feedback in a timely manner; and keeping leadership informed of progress and issues.



    CGFM or CPA certifications

    Demonstrate ability to successfully participate in aspects of the proposal process for Federal contracts.

    Grants management experience
