    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    Serves as a security expert for projects. Use industry best practices to provide security solutions for projects. Work with the Bureau’s Office of Technology & Innovation (T&I) to meet all security policies and procedures. day-to-day activities.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

     

    Required:

    Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Systems, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or other related quantitative field of study.

     

    Desired:

    Security integration experience with, and knowledge of security best practices for AWS Cloud and Salesforce Cloud; additional experience with Active Directory and Azure Directory preferred. Experience developing and implementing security standards, processes, and procedures for multiple platforms and IT systems. Experience performing security certifications and accreditations, security risk assessments, and vulnerability assessments. Experience developing risk mitigation plans. Experience reviewing IT systems and security plans for vulnerabilities. (ISC)2 Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
