    Responsibilities

    Our professionals help our clients transform their organizations and business processes through improving communications, internal controls, operational effectiveness, performance measurement, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely dynamic and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop innovative solutions independently or in a team of highly skilled professionals.  Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Minimum Years of Experience: 2+

    Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

    • Microsoft SharePoint custom development expertise and the ability to design, implement, and maintain a variety of front-end SharePoint solutions
    • Ability to work in a team environment and interact with executive level clients

    Clearance: Public Trust

     

    Desired:

    • Custom web design expertise
    • Advanced proficiency in graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent
    • Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to customize and enhance web design functionality
    • Experience conducting and analyzing user research and testing to develop and refine interactive digital products
    • Experience working with Agile development processes to deliver digital transformation solutions
    • Experience developing wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards to develop web outlines and demonstrate functionality
    • Experience in developing data visualization tools
    • Experience in developing and providing trainings and training material
    • Advanced understanding of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Visio
    • Prior experience working within or consulting for a federal agency
    • Experience creating digital content for internal and external audiences, such as: websites, official email communications, fact-sheets, policy memoranda, talking points, and infographics and visual presentations
    • Possesses impeccable oral and written communications skills
    • Strong attention to detail, and the ability to create and edit technical and non-technical written work products and graphical presentations

     

    Degree(s) Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Graphic Design,  Finance, or Accounting

     

    Certification(s) Preferred:  

     

    Knowledge Preferred:

     

    Demonstrates the ability to understand client needs, participate within a team environment, and communicate throughout internal and external network in a manner that allows for successful execution of tasks.  Demonstrates the ability to lead and manage teams and workstreams.

     

    Willingness to learn and participate in business development activities and internal firm objectives.
