    Demonstrates extensive knowledge of SharePoint; and proven success in roles consulting, designing, implementing and contributing as a functional team member on client consultations; assisting clients in the implementation and support of technical solutions and improving business processes. Knowledge of SharePoint Designer 2010/2013/2016 and the Software Development Lifecycle or Systems Engineering Lifecycle. Duties include but are not limited to SharePoint configuration, business analytics, data visualization, financial management, process documentation, and process improvement. Proposed personnel must be eligible to pass a Public Trust background investigation.


    Must possess a four-year degree in information systems, business, accounting, finance, management, or computer science. Demonstrates experience of 2 or more years in business process reengineering, business process management tools, automation tools, and dashboards for financial management matters.


    Demonstrates an extensive proven track record of success leading SharePoint projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Is capable of:
    • SharePoint 2010 and 2013 development experience, including InfoPath forms.
    • Web design/development (e.g., HTML / CSS / jQuery / JavaScript) experience.
    • Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions and manage expectations
    • Demonstrating active listening skills to gain understanding of key customer and market issues
    • Designing appropriate analysis for diagnostics and implementation, analyzing and interpreting ambiguous and complex information and relationships
    • Clearly articulating Guidehouse’s value-propositions and preparing final drafts of major deliverables assuring quality control
    • Anticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement.
