    This resource will support a Federal government client with real property portfolio optimization to help prioritize projects and streamline processes in alignment with various Federal, Department and agency requirements. Tasks will include, but not be limited to, conducting strategic portfolio planning, data analysis and portfolio reporting, analytical support, including cost-benefit impacts of alternatives and tracking planned versus actual impacts project planning and monitoring and real property policy and guidance development and updates. This candidate should bring a strong understanding of real estate and facilities, from both an acquisition and a portfolio management perspective. The candidate for this position will be expected to demonstrate a strong foundational knowledge of the client’s operating environment to effectively inform delivery strategy and work product and deliverable development. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to lead themselves and other team members, regularly engage with the client to discuss contract status, work products and priorities, and demonstrate critical thinking skills to determine when to escalate risks and issues to leadership for quick resolution



    • Bachelor's Degree from an accreddited institution
    • Experience with business process re-engineering and performance management
    • Experience working with real property portfolios or real property projects, preferably with Federal government agencies
    • Experience conducting research, doing quantitative and qualitative analysis and assembling reports
    • Experience with facilitation and consensus building skills for facilitating interviews, work groups and/or focus groups
    • Experience with developing and growing client relationships



    • Experience in real property industry
    • Experience with public sector consulting experience
    • Experience with managing and leading resources
