    Responsibilities

    Our professionals help our clients transform their business processes, improve internal controls, improve operational effectiveness, increase transparency and performance management, and to comply with Federal laws and regulations. The nature of our projects is extremely dynamic and requires self-motivated individuals that are willing to develop innovative solutions independently or in a team of highly skilled professionals.  Project members are provided the opportunity to interact with our clients' senior management, as well as the opportunity to enhance their skills in the area of technical competency, business development, client service and people development.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    Minimum Years of Experience: 2

    Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s degree

    Clearance: Public Trust

     

    Desired:

     

    Degree(s) Preferred:  Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration

     

    Certification(s) Preferred:  

     

    Knowledge Preferred:

     

    Demonstrates the ability to understand client needs, participate within a team environment, and communicate throughout internal and external network in a manner that allows for successful execution of tasks.  Demonstrates the ability to learn and execute business processes, showing an understanding of client objective and core financial management attributes. Demonstrates ability to leverage software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint) to create impactful solutions to organizational challenges.

     

    Willingness to learn and participate in business development activities and internal firm objectives.
