    This position is a Financial Manager at the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center.

    Duties include assisting the Division with advisory and draft documentation support for the development of the Program Objective Memorandum (POM), President’s Budgets, and the tracking and reporting of funds execution on an on-going basis. This includes financial analysis with narrative justification for quick-turn budget exercises.

    Individual shall assist with budget forecasting, program or financial execution reporting and reviews. Additionally, shall assist in performing fact finding, analytical, cost and advisory functions using automated financial management information systems, and shall assist with developing and maintaining program budgets and other financial tracking documentation and aid in time-phased estimates.

    Must have knowledge and experience with the Air Force Instruction 65 series, and DoD/AFMC/Defense Finance & Accounting Service (DFAS) financial management instructions and associated regulations. Must have experience in Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCARS), Commander’s Resource Integration System (CRIS), Shared Data Warehouse (SDW), FM Suite System, and BQ (HO69) accounting systems.

    Duties may include supporting Foreign Military Sales cases.

    Travel is expected less than 10% of the time.


    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelors Degree in related field.
    • 3+ years in Air Force acquisition and finacial management.
    • Active DOD Secret Clearance.


    Desired Qualifications:

    • Masters degree.
    • Greater than 10 years of experience in Air Force Acquisition Financial Management. CDFM-A and/or DAWIA (APDP) certification in Financial Management.
    • Foreign Military Sales experience
