    Responsibilities

    The primary experience expected for the IAM – Experienced Associate include:

     

    Our Cybersecurity and Privacy Consultants are a team of business integrators with extensive consulting and industry experience who help our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy through execution. A Cybersecurity and Privacy consulting career may provide the opportunity to grow and contribute to our clients' business issues every day, applying a collection of security spectrum capabilities, including security strategy and governance, IT risk, security technologies, and cybercrime and breach response.

    • Minimum Years of Experience: 2+
    • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree  in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration
    • Certification(s) Preferred: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and/or Project Manager Professional (PMP)

    Knowledge Preferred:  Demonstrates knowledge and success supporting client engagements relating to the creation of business processes and solutions enabled by identity and access management, including the following:

    • Requirements analysis, strategy, design, implementation, and migration for businesses;
    • Demonstrate advanced understanding of business processes, internal control risk management, IT controls and related standards
    • Identify and evaluate business and technology risks and internal controls which mitigate risks.
    • Ability to communicate about the product and implementation at both the functional and technical level. 
    • Create and manage project artifacts within the project scope, schedule, status and documentation.
    • Experience implementing technology through the systems development lifecycle.

    Skills Preferred: Demonstrates proven abilities and success utilizing the following when producing deliverables for client engagements related to successful enterprise scale implementations within Information Security, including:

    • Utilizing the Identity Management suite of products (CA, SUN, IBM, Oracle, SailPoint, Okta, Saviynt) and of their design and implementation.
    • Familiarity with IAM concepts such as: Identity Governance, PKI, Single Sign On, Federation, Enterprise Directory Architecture, Provisioning, Role-Based Access Control, Access Request and Certification.
    • Experience with API Gateways, identity federation protocols (SAML), LDAP, and programming languages (e.g., C, Java, SQL, etc.)
    • Demonstrates proven extensive abilities with leveraging creative thinking and problem solving skills, individual initiative, and utilizing MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes, where necessary, in conjunction with the following:
      • Communicating in an organized and knowledgeable manner in written and verbal formats including delivering clear requests for information and communicating potential conflicts;
      • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses of large and complex data.
    • Supporting practice development for, a specific operation or process, including:
      • Contributing to business development opportunities and/or engagements
      • Identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner
      • Performing as a team member: understanding personal and team roles; contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with team members; proactively seeking guidance.

    Experience with on-going activities in support of critical Federal mandates such as Continuous Diagnostics and Monitoring (CDM), Executive Orders related to cybersecurity, and guidance from OMB and NIST

    Qualifications

    • Knowledge of NIST Special Publications 800-63-3, FIPS 201-2, and HSPD-12
    • Understanding of key IT/Cybersecurity concepts (Network Security, Security Operations & Administration, Incident Response & Recovery, Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management etc.
    • Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Experience with Cloud Services in the Federal sector (Google Apps, Amazon Web Services, etc.)

    Additional Requirements
