    Responsibilities

    The IT Operations Lead is responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of cybersecurity applications that operate in a highly available configuration.  The selected candidate, will lead a team of Administers and Engineers in the execution of ISO 2000/ITIL processes.  The selected candidate will be responsible for:

    System Monitoring and Performance

    Customer Satisfaction

    Incident and Problem Management

    System Management (Configuration, Change and Release Management)

    Tier ½ Support and Delivery (Patching, Account Management, Troubleshooting, etc)

    Qualifications

    Required: CISSP and Security+ Certifications

    6 Years of experience managing large and complex enterprise systems.

    Experience managing an operational technical environment and technical team, including

    Ticket/Incident Management

    Customer Relationships

    COOP/DR exercises

    End User Training and Customer Forums

    Experienced working with ITIL/ITSM processes

    Establishing processes and SOPs for service support

    Technical hands on experience in troubleshooting and system support.

    Presentation development / skills

    PMP

    Security Clearance: TS
