    Responsibilities

     

    The contract instructional systems specialists follow a systematic instructional systems design (ISD) process as detailed in the organization’s Instructional Systems Design Policy Guide. Following the ADDIE model, the instructional systems specialists may be tasked with designing a course or curriculum, analyze training needs, conduct job task analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to job tasks, select delivery systems, develop effective learning strategies, and conduct level 1, 2 and 3 evaluations. Instructional systems specialists ensure alignment between identified job tasks, learning objectives, and assessment items and participate in the curriculum/test validation process.

    Qualifications

     

    Required:  

    • Requires 10+ years experience as an Instructional Systems Specialist to include experience with: designing a course or curriculum, analyzing training needs, conducting job task analyses, creating meaningful learning objectives, mapping learning objectives to job tasks, and selecting delivery systems.
    • Undergraduate degree required;
    • Top Secret clearance required.

     

    Desired:

    Master’s degree in education or related field preferred. 

     

     Security Clearance: Top Secret
