    Working across multiple data analytics projects with a focus on building forward leaning advanced analytic workload staffing model solutions for federal customers. Responsible for reviewing the work of multiple data scientists, performing QC on models, developing and testing Machine Learning algorithms. Working with the customer to gather and validate modeling business rules and assumptions. Working with analytic tools including R, SAS, Tableau, and Power BI to build analytic models that provide real-time insights into data, decision-making, workload complexity.






    • Experience with analytic tools including R, SAS, Tableau, and Power BI and languages including Python (R and Tableau are a higher priority)
    • Experience building workload staffing models (aka manpower models, staffing allocation models, etc.)
    • Leads development of complex analytical solutions applying statistical, econometric, and operations research techniques
    • Experience building solutions using advanced analytics and Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
    • Experience managing teams of 5-10 staff
    • Experience with business development including leading capture of RFP/RFQ responses, developing white papers / concept papers, and building and demonstrating prototype solutions to customers.
    • US citizens who have or can obtain DHS suitability and work full time (or near full time) on site in Washington, DC
    • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Security Clearance: Public Trust



    • Bachelor’s Degree in data science or similar
    • Experience working at DHS or USCIS preferred
