The Change Program Support (CPS) team is responsible for the program management of a 100+ person engagement with the Veterans Administration. The CPS supports a PMO related activities, including project planning, reporting and coordination activities, project management documentation processes standardization, program scheduling, program onboarding/offboarding, travel support, and program level reporting. The CPS provides appropriate project management support to the other workstreams within the program and will support in the training and oversight of project management activities within each workstream, including, but not limited to risk management, lessons learned and accomplishment tracking, and KPI reporting.
Develops training materials on internal tools, processes and systems and subsequently facilitates trainings alongside the client as needed
Monitors project compliance with client deliverables and expectations and follows up with team members as needed
Collects project status information from workstream leads and develops reports and slide decks utilizing the information
Assists with the development of a monthly newsletter and a monthly All Hands meeting which both include all client and Guidehouse personnel as recipients
Documents and tracks lessons learned, program accomplishments, and additional items of note that may occur
Manages process to prioritize, report, and monitor risks, issues, and opportunities
Maintains project archives and general program information
Supports the travel process as a travel POC – tracks expected travel spending against actual spending while monitoring the burn down in relation to the program travel budget
Supports the creation of reporting dashboards, both within Excel as well as in PowerPoint (Excel capability is highly beneficial)
Analyzes data to develop conclusions based on program data to report to the client as needed
Capable of building complex managerial tools/trackers in Excel
Supports program onboarding and offboarding procedures as a main POC – supports all troubleshooting and client processes for new onboarders
Tracks designated data on a daily basis while ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Supports client meetings in a content development and note taking capacity as needed
Travel Requirement: 3-4 days, 3 out of every 4 months
