    This position will report to the CIO of Guidehouse.  You will be responsible for developing and maintaining the IT CapEx and OpEx budgets, over see the IT procurement lifecycle, and own IT asset management in ServiceNow. 


    You should have extensive experience tracking hardware, software, and other IT assets for a $1B plus enterprise in ServiceNow ITSM or equivalent. 


    You will demonstrate experience creating, managing, and reporting IT budgets to senior executives. 




    • Experience working with C-Suite executives to develop and manage IT budgets, forecast cash flow requirements, and report monthly actuals against budget
    • 5+ years managing IT asset management for data center/cloud operations, IT facility infrastructure, and end user devices
    • Leadership experience driving asset management best practices
    • Must have experience using ServiceNow ITSM IT asset management
    • Expertise in vendor management for both traditional and cloud-based IT solutions
    • Experience with IT procurement lifecycle best practices
    • Experience leading a small team of IT business operations personnel
    • Expertise in cloud licensing models for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS offerings
    • Experience using Deltek Costpoint and Ultimate UltiPro is a plus
    • Must have excellent organizational and project management skills
    • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills


    BS Degree preferred



    ITIL, PMP preferred
