This position is responsible for the management and administration of the Firm’s Customer Relationship Management, Accounting, and Financial Planning & Analysis applications. You will serve as a technical point of contact for configuration, maintenance, security, user training, system upgrades, implementation of additional functionalities, patches, testing and other technical projects, as needed. This position works cross-functionally with other GH departments and technical consultants/vendors to automate and/or improve processes and eliminate inefficiencies.
You will be responsible for the overall strategy, design, and implementation of the Deltek CRM and ERP Suite. You will lead the Tier 1, 2, and 3 support functions.
BS Degree preferred
