This position will support a team of 12 consultants supporting transformation efforts within a relatively new transportation office. With the transportation industry confronting immense change - incorporating automation and digital transformation, changing customer expectations, and evolving business models - this position will be involved in business process improvement and risk management. The position will assess and document the current state policies and procedures and work collaboratively with Federal government stakeholders to design “to-be states”, roadmaps for implementation, and execution support. For risk management, the position will help develop a risk-based methodology for grants management.
• Experience with public sector business process re-engineering and risk management
• Experience conducting research, doing quantitative and qualitative analysis and assembling reports
• Experience with facilitation and consensus building skills for facilitating interviews, work groups and/or focus groups
• Experience with developing and growing client relationships
• Strong oral communication and business writing skills1 Year Mgmt. Consulting
1 year minimum experience in a Mgmt Consulting role
Security Clearance: Public Trust
• Experience in transportation industry
