    Responsibilities

    This position serves as a project manager, with supporting role of business/system analyst, within the program management office of eDiscovery IT support program.  This position supports the migration and transformation of information technology systems and data governance projects through all phases, including organization of routine meetings, consolidation and preparation of reports for management review, coordination of meetings with internal and external stakeholders to organize and/or monitor key initiatives for the primary client group. Additionally, this position supports special projects to monitor industry changes and next generation software via market research, working groups and associated requirement gathering initiatives that will maintain and promote the IT portfolio of the primary client.  As part of promoting the IT portfolio, this position will identify stakeholders and opportunities for improving efficiency across the primary clients work stream, to include but not be limited to capturing business capabilities, stakeholders and recommendations to prioritize and create new projects.

     

    Qualifications

     

     

    Required: At least 5 years of general IT experience covering project management, business analysis, systems analysis, software development, and quality assurance.  Demonstrated ability to simultaneously work on multiple projects of various sizes under the pressure of rigid time frames and multiple concurrent deadlines.  Demonstrated success at working collaboratively with stakeholders from a variety of professional disciplines.  This position requires strong oral and written communication skills to bridge business and technical communities.

     

    Desired:  Knowledge and experience with SharePoint, MS Project and Visio. Experiencing conducting software market research. PMP certification. CI Polygraph

     

    Security Clearance: Top Secret
