    Responsibilities

    • Our Finance consultants help clients optimize all elements of their finance organization, including operating model design, sustainable cost reduction, financial planning and analysis, management reporting, financial systems architecture, and full scale finance transformation. This high performing team helps CFOs identify, design and implement programs that transform their finance function to meet today’s demanding requirements while continuing to provide value added insights to the business.

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 5 years of relevant management consulting experience in Federal Industries
    • Bachelor's degree
    •  Deep understanding of federal budget process and standard accounting practices
    •  Experience in business process improvement, requirements documentation, data analytics, and systems integration
    •  Advanced skills in Qlikview or Microsoft excel, including excel add-ins
    •  Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and stakeholders
    • Ability to effectively lead a strong team and manage client relationships
    •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset
    • Demonstrated expertise in managing full lifecycle of IT software enhancements
    •  Demonstrated expertise in BPR disciplines, including process mapping, measurement and analysis, and implementation design

     

    Desired:

    ·         Experience supporting Inter/Intra-Agency Agreements (IAAs)

    ·         Experience with Federal Health Agency

    ·         CPA, CGFM, or similar certification is a plus

    Agile development experience is a plus
