Guidehouse (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers Public Sector) seeks qualified candidates for IDIQ Director for the USAID-funded Global Health Supply Chain – Technical Assistance Program. The overall objective of the Program is to improve the availability of health commodities by strengthening country supply and health systems through the provision of technical assistance. Guidehouse is currently implementing task orders under this IDIQ in Tanzania and South Africa.
The IDIQ Director will be located in Washington, DC and will serve as the primary liaison between USAID HQ and our teams in the field. The IDIQ Director will be responsible for overseeing both technical and operational delivery of task orders, working closely with task order leadership. More specifically, the IDIQ Director will oversee the quality of deliverables and outputs developed by field programs, advise on program strategy, provide expertise on supply chain and health systems strengthening interventions, share best practices and lessons learned across programs, identify issues and risks related to task order implementation, represent Guidehouse at operations and technical meetings with USAID, other development and implementing partners at the global level, and facilitate coordination with other related awards.
Further, the IDIQ Director – with the support of an operations team - will be accountable for program operations, ensuring proper financial and operational management in accordance with USAID regulations, liaising with the USAID IDIQ COR, coordinating staffing and resourcing decisions, and overseeing contracts and sub-contracts management, among other tasks.
Finally, as an employee of Guidehouse, this individual may also have internal responsibility for new business development and for growing the global health business within the International Development & Diplomacy sector.
